Wolvol fan

Netbook is great for what I need. I had a few minor issues with original one I received and contacted Wolvol. They responded to my e-mail within an hour, answered my questions and gave me instructions on how to send it back and exchange it for a different one. I received the new one very quickly. I was very impressed with their customer service--they went above and beyond what I expected!

The customer service is awesome! I purchased the 7 inch "Red" Android Mini Laptop Touch Screen. I had a small problem with connection of my internet, after contacting WolVol my problem was solved right away. Shipping is super fast. I receive my laptop in 3 days. Thank you.

Some like it, some don't...We like it!!!

First of all, I received "excellent" customer service from WolVol. I commend them.
The WolVol Rep that worked with me was courteous, respectful and simply wonderful.

The shipping was very fast. I received my netbooks in 3 days. The packaging was in a large white, bubble envelope with the netbooks wrapped in the new style bubble wrap, which is more "tube" like and quite strong. No damage whatsoever to my netbook's.

I bought these for my twin grandson's to learn on. They will be 8 years old very soon and in 2nd grade when school starts up again. I think these lil' cuties' are perfect for younger children. And since I'm a BIG (older) kid, I liked this little netbook too, so I ordered me one! (hahaha)

It's definately NOT for business people, heavy gamers, etc., as this isn't an ipad, but it is fine for flash games, YouTube, Facebook, etc., which we all enjoy. The boy's love the yt video, "Charlie Bit Me." (The real one (England accent) with the baby & his brother) Now they can use their own "Laptop" instead of MeMa's Ipad and I am real happy about this! *smile*

The user manual writing was so small I could not read it. I contacted WolVol and they sent me the user manual in .pdf format, which worked great! I had a few problems getting them ready (for my boy's) and getting online, but I contacted the seller again and he quickly responded with email instructions. So far,the netbook's are working fine. I really love the 7 inch size. It is a perfect "fit" for little hands and even for me. I like the color choices, but hope they have orange and yellow in the future. I like the overall simplicity & style of these little netbook's. Though they are "cheap" (lucky for us & the gkid's!) they perform the task's I bought them for. It is certainly a "plus" that they came with a nice case, pen and mouse! The keyboard is nice also. The flat keys are user friendly and easy to see. I am OLD and I can use them and see them just fine. The touchpad works great, but I prefer the mouse. These are fine for me & the g'kid's to play flash games and go on YouTube. I tried sending an e-mail from the netbook and it went fine. Now my 12 year old granddaughter wants one for flash games and her facebook. At first she said "no" to it, but after she saw it and played with it, she changed her mind...Just like a woman! (haha) So, I went ahead and ordered it. *smile*

I'm not sure about the battery life, as I have only used the Netbook once, for about an hour, without it being plugged in. These Netbook's are cheap enough that I can actually afford them for my younger grandkids. (Birthday's) So, if you want to teach your kids or g'kids the basics of the computer, buy them this little cutie.
I am very happy with this purchase and it is so nice to buy from a seller that is "spot on" for customer service. Thank you Amazon. Thank You WolVol.
